Clem Diaries 24.July.2016: from veggie boxes to vanilla cream

Hello, lovelies!! As per usual, my summer blogging habits are lacking. I do have a wonderful tank top tan to show for it, though. Gotta love dawdling in the garden!
In no particular order, here is my life in links.
Our annual Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box has started, and I am super pumped! I've cooked more in the last two weeks than I have in what feels like two months. Soooo many recipes are on their way to you!
I've got an upcoming Toronto trip on my mind, and have fallen in love with the idea of renting baby gear instead of bringing it. Travel Bug Baby offers this service, and it's so brilliant.
My self-proclaimed most poignant (and unloved) tweet:
What nobody tells you about becoming a mother is how good it feels to master the art of dressing yourself to camouflage spitup.— Carole Lem (@clementinemicro) July 19, 2016
I recently stumbled upon the Canadian company cuddle + kind, which blends ethically made cotton dolls with donations to hunger alleviation programs for children. The dolls are extra adorable, to boot.
I finished a book!!! It was a really good book. It was Amy Jones' new book, We're All in This Together. If you like family drama, small towns, and you do your own stunts, then you should read it.
I've been jazzing up our home office and am pretty pumped for my progress so far. I'll be sharing all the final photos in a few weeks. It feels so good to be organized. Well, organized-ish.
Currently brewing: Vanilla Cream Rooibos from iHOT Thunder Bay.
Have you lived anything worth linking lately?
