I don't know when, and I've never been to Mexico, but at some point I fell in love with Mexican food and it made its way into my regular routine. No clue if its authentic. But this recipe is screaming at me to make as a way of welcoming spring into my life. Can't wait to try it! Check out the full post for the delicious details.
I hate doing laundry. I think that has been passed down from generation to generation. Even though its just me and my fella, I'm pretty sure I love the idea of saving time. I'm not sure I could get used to letting him do my laundry, but I am willing to entertain the possibility if it makes room for more fun projects! There is something nostalgic for me about bananas in cream. I have vague memories of eating it as a kid, and I'm almost positive its the only way I enjoy bananas.
